What seemed like a straightforward creative request to create a brand affinity social media campaign around Amazon Prime, grew to an enormous project requiring approval of senior leadership throughout the entire Amazon organization. As project owner, I needed to find a way to create it, ensure company-wide alignment, and integrate it onto Amazon’s gateway homepage. All without a roadmap.

WHAT I DID

• Source creative and strategic team members to execute project.

• Work with design team in copywriter capacity to develop five distinct solutions.

• Engage with senior leadership from multiple business units to ensure disruption to shopper experience was minimized.

• Present work to CEO

• Success was based on the desire of other global teams to initiate same process for their localized sites
