Part of the UX Content Strategy team that launched Google AI Overviews for Search. In my role, I took responsibility on a few key tasks leading up to the launch of this high profile Generative AI project.
WHAT I DID
• Embedded on Google’s Search Generative Experience team, designing and scaling AI-generated overviews helping users to unlock the magic of AI in Search.
• Maintained content quality standards with oversight of a 150+ page style guide encompassing content guidelines, use cases, content flows, and LLM rules.
• Collaborated with product, design, and engineering to identify patterns and opportunities for UX writers to scale productivity and improve content quality.
• Used inputs and guidelines to write high quality overviews that train large language models for AI writing.
