Jinfiniti is a startup with breakthrough biomarker research and testing designed to improve people’s health as they age. However, the company struggled with building a DTC brand that would resonate with a wider customer base. Before overhauling and relaunching their website, they needed to dig deeper into their messaging.

• Develop a brainstorm facilitation framework to follow.

• Lead CEO/founder and other investors in a series of sessions to gain a better understanding of their goals and vision.

• Create wireframes that prioritized updated messaging.

• Develop brand messaging framework.

• Walk CEO/founder through new vision to create alignment and buy-in.
